Critiques? Well it's bloody hard to find anything, that was an exhilerating and hugely entertaining 6 minute video of pure BF2 adrenalin pumping class. It's probably the best BF2 gaming video I've ever seen, and up there with the best videos I've seen made. You guys did a great job with that. The cinematic camera angles, the voice overs & general editing. Superb work, well done!
 
I'm going to watch in a second. I remember your other movies - the one on Cleansweep and the Mashtuur one. Both great. I was wondering what have you been up to, haven't heard anything for a while.

EDIT: As I thought - very good, though it seemed kinda silent (?; I had to turn up my volume) and I could barely understand what the USMC were saying (a bit "mumbly", maybe native English speakers don't have problem undestanding).

Where the physics modified in any way? Like when the buggy got hit by the nade launcher it did a nice flip. I don't remember seeing such flips in BF2.

edit : After actually watching it, I must say that was a pretty fun watch.
Hell, I'll watch it again.
 
Utter brilliance, very well made. I do so love BF2 movies like that. One thing, though; the Black Hawks looked like they took off way to fast, and the China copter seemed to land too fast. I can't say I'm too familiar with how fast they do actually do these actions, but it clicked in my head as looking a bit odd. Also, I've never been a fan of the way you can parachute in BF2, so when they assaulted that main area it kinda looked unrealistic that they parachuted in, whereas if they had a 'copter landing it would of looked proper good.

But this is just me personally, and overall I thought it was excellent. Loved the buggy flip and the underslung grenade explosion on the other buggy - I can only imagine that took a while to perfect. Thumbs up.
 
I give it a 8/10, due to the voices just didn't sound right to me. I don't know..it sounded like they were talking into a mike, no real voice volume changing but a couple parts...*IE yelling with the mic pulled far away to sound like they were actually yelling* but it was basically just a slightly raised voice when they "yelled"....

other than that, nice job.
 
The voice acting was completely flat.
The plot didn't make a whole lot of sense.
The editing and the entire chase scene were stellar.

All that, with an added "WTF?" reguarding the US small arms. They really should be the same/similar. you had guys running around with G36's, F2000, and a whole bunch of other assorted randomness.

So my recomendation for the next vid: Weapon unification.
 
Great vid! Love that map too, maybe now it'll get a little more attention. :(
 
Eh 5.5/10. Wasn't great nor good. It literally feels like your Superman in that movie. There is another video too of Planewhore. The community is a bunch of cry baby's and usually shun him away from the boards though even though he offers advice. Oh and of course the one at Karkand, etc too.

The editing was horrible, the cuts in particular. Those motion blur and flash cuts were distracting as hell, and made the entire thing look cheesy.
