Cheap, Quiet + Fast PC

Just bought and built a PC for 'the family' that is pretty fast, runs as quiet as a mouse (nearly silent) and only cost me £200

Intel Celeron 2.4Ghz
Asus P4SP-MX mobo (400mhz fsb, 5.1, LAN, USB2.0)
512mb pc2700
80Gb WD Caviar SE
GeForce4 MX440
HiperHPU silentPSU
...and a bog standard mini-tower case to put it all in.

Looks sweet, sounds sweet, and isn't exactly slow. Hopefully my dad won't blow this one up like he did the last one

No fans = silent right?
I got no fans in my pc running except cpu and psu ones. I still think its noisy. how silent are them silentx fans btw? im thinking of getting them to replace my noisy Antec ones.
