Cheap Webhosting (Help me find some)

I'm looking for some cheap, reliable webhosting in the near future... any advice ya'll can give to weed through the all the crapout there.

Requirments: (these or flexible)

at least 400mb space
POP3 E-mail
FTP
Control Panel of some sort
5GB+ bandwidth

Would be nice if a free domain name is included.

MUST BE under $100/year (~8/mo)
PREFERABLY around $60/year (~5/mo)

http://www.crediblehost.com - I use them for 1+ year and they also have very good reputation

http://www.hostgator.com - Nice as well
http://www.site5.com - Has very good reputation but also very low prices which is a thing to avoid.

Don`t get tempted by very cheap hosts, 80% of them are being run by 15yo kids in their home. Also 50% of all hosts either don`t offer what they say, are fraudulent or will go soon out of bussiness so be careful

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing- I would like my own domain name as well as full control for as cheap as possible, because I'm thinking about making a webcomic soon.

Btw, for domains this is the largest registrar: http://www.godaddy.com

Also a tip, try to keep your domains separate from your host so if something happens with the latter, you don`t lose your domain
