Check for USB 2.0?

My motherboard is an MSI K8T NeoFIS2R, it's capable of USB 2.0 but i don't know if it's enabled.

In the device manager under USB controllers it has

USB Root Hub
USB Root Hub
USB Root Hub
USB Root Hub
VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller

Anyone have a clue? I certainly don't because when i plug in this USB DvD burner it gives this error

"This USB device can perform faster if you connect it to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port...etc etc."
