This is based on the state's average IQ, and not the actual voters' IQ... Plus this shows just the majority of people who voted for each state, so Connecticut could be 49.9% Bush 50.1% Kerry (as an example) and still be 'smart.'

And whoever said IQ tests can tell how 'smart' you are? What's the definition of intelligence?
