Checking Hardware on Linux.

Hey, I got a computer (for free) that has linux running on it. Before I unistall it and install XP I wanna know the CPU and RAM of the computer, but I don't seem to be able to find the window that tells me that info.

Is there something I need to do in the termianal for that info?

Ie: how do you acess information about CPU and RAM through the linux software (I'm using RedHat 9).
