Talk about obsessed:

A youthful-looking sex offender who posed as a 12-year-old boy to enroll in several Arizona schools was sentenced to 70.5 years in prison Tuesday.

The man is 31 years old.

Rodreick attended schools in Surprise, Payson and Prescott Valley starting in 2005.

Authorities said he shaved and wore makeup to help him appear younger, convincing teachers, students and administrators that he was a boy named Casey.

He was caught in January 2007 after spending a day in the seventh grade at a Chino Valley school when school officials became suspicious because his birth certificate and other documents looked forged. They had initially thought they might be dealing with a child who had been abducted.

It gets better/worse, depending on how you look at it:

Rodreick was arrested with Brian J. Nellis, 36, who was posing as his cousin, and two older men posing as their uncle and grandfather.

Did he actually do any molestation? If not... that's pretty harsh. That's more harsh than many murderers get.

Okay, so it's child pornography and shit from his prior cases...

But still, that punishment is still way more harsh then we like to give to our non minority murderers.

Goddamnet Vegeta, you just had to beat me here. Well here's what I intended for my post to be:

He had seven criminal charges. It all added up.

Neil Havens Rodreick II pleaded guilty last year to seven criminal charges. Most involved child pornography but two stemmed from the charade he pulled off for two years.

Rodreick originally faced 28 counts, but pleaded guilty to only a quarter of them: four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor stemming from the pornography, and one count each of failure to register as a sex offender, fraud and simple assault. The assault charge involved an allegation that he grabbed a girl's buttocks at a school in Prescott Valley with the intent to injure, insult or provoke.

The guy never registered himself as an offender. That's a definite no-no.

I believe it is unconstitutional to blacklist someone as a "sex offender." If it isn't unconstitutional, then its unethical, and is a practice that should be done away with. Someday, we will look back in shame on how we treated people accused of sexual crimes much as we look back in shame on the puritans and their brandings and scarlet letters.

I really want to see what this guy looks like.

Well... I personally don't have issue branding actual convicted sexual predators who committed a heinous crime such as rape or molestation.

But I do have an issue with people who have to register simply because they exposed themselves or were nude in public or some shit... which is not a ****ing big deal at all, but some people must "THINK OF THE CHILDREN!"

Even though it is freaky and wrong, skillful as well. I can imagine how boring classes for 12 year olds would be when you're really 30...

Sad, but funny 'cause there is a picture of a chick with huge tits on the page

He is pretty young looking ... but I can't believe he lasted that long without getting caught.

And yes ... the way the justice system doles out punishment is hugely disproportionate. The fact that drug/theft cases can ever receive harsher sentences than murders is ****ing ridiculous, let alone the fact that it happens constantly.

Oh man. That guy is going to get destroyed in prison. Hes a child molester and he looks like a 14 year old. Thats like prison rape heaven for them.

When he's 101.5 years old, he'll be back online assaulting people who aren't even born yet.

Would it make me seem incredibly dense if I were to say I didn't get it?

epsilon jasper kumquat zydeco serviceable villain!!!

I think that was his point. your first post made no sense; the scenario you laid out is impossible, impossible I say

he would have to be very short to be confused whit a 12 years old

This is seven levels of creepy.

I'm going to rape you like a cornish game hen.

What's with this place and rape?

Dunno. I never got into that whole ridiculousness.

I'm old man Raz... forum changing around me and I'm still in my yard peering at the neighborhood under the shadow of my lemon tree, unwilling to change.

EDIT: And I just realized that what I said could be alluded to an old man pedophile scoping the neighborhood for some sweetness to add to his sour lemonade.

So don't get any thoughts in your head about that.

Please ellaborate.
