Right i need some assistance - browsing through my steam folder i chanced upon a truckload of custom sounds in the CSS sounds folder
Question is how do I actually put these to good use so that if I am playing offline that these sounds are played rather than their current uselessness?

you need to download an admin mod (ex. mani admin mod)
