as far I am concerned the only terminator movies that exist are the first one and the second one
 
**** sake.... Christian bale is possibly the best actor of his generation. Why has he even bothered to go as far as reading the script for this crap?
 
Half the reason I respect Bale as much as I do is that he's gone out on some pretty serious limbs recently. A Batman movie that doesn't suck? A pseudo-science fiction film about magicians in Victorian London? He's clearly not afraid to take a risk, but I wonder if this is one he should walk away from.
 
Oh jesus not another one, although Bale could make it good somehow :S
 
Bale as John Connor?

Goddamnit, that could've been so awesome if the twats who ruined T3 weren't involved. I love Bale, but I don't think his presence alone is enough to redeem a film - it seems like he genuinely tries to attach himself to good/promising projects, so it's a little puzzling why he'd even consider this. Besides the money.

Edit - When I say ruined, it might be the case that it would've been better had it not even been made, but they can't have helped anyway.

Another thought - can anyone even fathom Bale acting seriously alongside Arnold, if he's involved in this one? That just seems totally ludicrious to me...

Rise of The Machines shat all over the previous two installments and flushed it down the shitter.
This unholy piece of shit, directed by none other but the anti christ aka McG himself, will hopefully bring the apocalypse upon his career and any other hack that touches it.

Well even the best actors around have made some dire films... I suppose bale is overdue for at least one turkey!

I like Christian Bale as an actor, but let's remember here that he's chosen some really iffy projects in the past Equilibrium and Reign of Fire being just two... yes they had decent special effects, but the films them selves were average at best.

Actually I thought him and Matthew Mcconaughey made Reign of Fire from something average to something good.
 
There are more Terminator movies?! After like 3?! Bale is a good actor. It's just annoying that he has that lisp all the time. Along with lazy eye girl in Batman Begins. Watch the ending when she looks up at him. Her right eye is going somewhere else lol.

Christian is good but he's nothing more then a poor mans Daniel Day Lewis.
 
I really like Christian Bale (Equilibrium... that movie has to be watched in a cinema to really appreciate it, Reign of Fire, American Psycho, Batman Begins... needs moar Bale).
