What DVD's did you all get for Christmas?

I got Once Upon a Time in America that I asked for, and The Pledge and Casino that were unexpected.

Band of Brothers and Battlestar Galactica the Miniseries, along with all the currently released seasons.

Asked for both.

Season one of Drawn Together, Talladega Nights, Anchorman, and Silence of the Lambs.

I'm thinking of picking up Spielberg's Taken for myself tomorrow. Opinions?

Not as much as last year. Last year I got a Century of Warfare box set (which ranges right from the Revolution to the Gulf), Bridge Too Far, The Longest Day and looooadds of other old war films. I did, however, get my sister Pirates... Dead Man's Chest, which I may watch tonight methinks.

It's very deep, it explores human emotions and stuff.

Some consider it very boring, I thought it was fascinating.

Noone got me any DVDs, but I bought myself a few when I was shopping for others. Got myself Shaun of the Dead, Red Hot Chilis live at Slane and the Firefly complete series.

Also got U2 video hits or whatever for mum, and High School Musical for my sister. It's the karaoke version :x
