Join the cause
Install the Chrome for a Cause extension to participate. Each tab you open will raise money for charity.

Just install the little extension for Chrome and simply browse the web as normal. For every tab you open some money will be donated to a charity you can choose from a list.

I dont understand how these sort of things work. Where is the money coming from? If its coming out of googles own pockets, then why limit themselves like this when they can just donate X amount by going to the bank? Its like trying to help a person that is shitting but doesnt have any toilet paper to wipe his ass, so all you do is slowly hand him bits and pieces of square centimeters of tissue every other minute. Why not just hand him a whole bag of big toilet paper rolls instead?
