What did you all think? I was a bit disappointed, but the demo was too brief to form a concrete opinion. Felt just like Butcher Bay, which is good.

I played it but I just really don't get all the hype behind this. BTW I didn't play the first.

That's why.

Anyways, can't ****ing wait for this... any word on a PS3/PC demo?

Hurm. I didn't know the demo was an xbox live exclusive. Apologies to other platform owners.

I found it to be a boring, mediocre, buttonmash. I was really this would be good, but there's no way I'm buying this.

I loved the first game, and can't wait for this! :D

I think I might get it for 360. I played original on PC though.

Has anyone remotely seen this for sale on the PC in a store yet?

It's all over the place in the UK stores.

Tried 2 PCWorlds, 2 Games, Tescos & Sainsburies and have yet to see a copy for the PC anywhere. Plenty of 360 copies mind...

I just finished it today. The ending was rather anticlimatic, just an average boss fight. They gave you in this one a choice whether to run and gun or go stealth. The gunplay is mediocre, with guns that are kind of weak and inaccurate (presumably to force you into melee combat).
It's extremely linear, sort of feels like an interactive movie experience, which throws replay value out the window.

However with these gripes aside overall I liked it, and no I'm not a fan of the Riddick movies.

You tried Gamestation? Anyway, it's much cheaper from the Game website at £24.99, or on the Asda website it was at £22.99.

I've noticed PC games are not really a priority for retailers.

Its getting to be quite annoying how much PC games are being sidelined by retailers tbh. I must admit my local Tesco 24 Store was very good with the new releases when they came out, but nowadays your lucky if they've even put any new games out on a Friday these days...

Guess I'll hunt around a bit more tomorrow....

That's the reason I use on-line retailers now, they are always cheaper than the shops (and even steam most of the time) and in the case of game.co.uk, I always seem to get my games a day early on the Thursday if I have had the game pre-ordered.

I'm about 1/3 through (I think). So far it doesn't seem as fun as the previous riddick game, but still an enjoyable experience.
