Chunks on the wall

In de_dust_cz I spotted something that would be pretty cool in CS:Source.

Is it possible to shoot out (in attchmnt, see the top pic) that little chunk?

And on the edge (in attchmnt, see the bottom pic) can we shoot out a chunk, making it look like this?

I can imagine this would be pretty hard to add in, so i'm guessing it won't, but can be modded in.

It could be done by making a part of it shootable. But you shouldn't count on it being dynamic.
 
Why wouldnt it? Isnt CS:S is going to be in the same engine as HL2 so why not?

Not verything is breakable, it's the mapdesigner his choice

Yes but objects don't break dynamically as they do in real life. They just have certain points where the object can be broken
