I played through it; it was alright but certainly not worth $50. It was certainly better than doom, but I was rather unimpressed.

Changing characters was fun . . the magic was slightly cool, but there weren't many magical options. Also, most of the time specific places were specifically designed to require specific magic . . . making most of the magic rather mundane. It's not like you can dynamically do something extremely cool with most of the magic.

Changing chracters added a LITTLE bit of dynamics, but you're teammates are really stupid & the magic could have all been put into one person . . . add in a "summon decoy" commands and you'd be just fine (ther than being unable to resurect yourself).

Graphics are DETAILED, and gory, but overall I'd rate them as just good (not amazing like most people say). There wre a few really annoying press left, right, up....wait...down, left, down sequences which are always FAIL in my opinion.

Graphics: OK, the monsters look cool, but overall... the graphics are just OK
Sound: nothing special
Gameplay: Painkiller style, though Painkiller was great, and Jericho is... boring. Three shotgun shots in the zombie's head to kill it? Come on! Also, the game is designed for consoles. You can feel it while playing on PC. Teammates AI is laughable.
Story: As soon as I heard "warrior magicians", I felt kind of weird
Performance: My hardware couldn't handle the game in some moments, dropping below 20fps.

My rating: 3/10 - worth playing only when added to a magazine you buy regularly.

It's a PC port ? I hate those games they don't change anything from consoles.
