Clive Barkers Undying will no longer launch when i pop the cd in

I never did finish the game and i thought it being Halloween i would do it. So i put the cd in the tray and the game wouldnt launch for some odd reason.The loading screen would appear but then nothing it just quit.Im using a radeon 9800 pro with the cat 4.12 driver set.I ran the game before, and no it doesnt work.Has anyone else encountered this?I dont want to install the cat 5.10 drivers because 4.12 is best for HL 2 for me.

Get a no-cd crack.

I can't see how it's any different than making a back up of a game
