I have a P4 2.0 ghz with PC 2100 DDR Ram all on a A-Bit BD7-II motherboard. I've clocked it to 2.3 ghz at the moment and i'm debating whether to attempt to try and get another 100 mhz out of it. The thing is if I go above 115 (x20) FSB I get system instability (more specifically memory crashes) so does anyone with a similiar setup know any BIOS tweaks/memory settings that would allow me the extra room?

Sure. Increase the memory and CPU voltage. This will generate a lot of extra heat though, so be prepared.
