Close my Steam account?

okay, ive done a search and cant find anything on this topic. Is it possible (and if so how) to close a steam account and 'un-register' all the games. the reason is, i have got that coupon with my gfx card to receive hl2 on release and 'valve premier pack' (hl,tf,cs,dod etc). so i recently sold my actual half life, because i didnt need it anymore because i can get it from steam using the cd key from my gfx card. now the thing is, the guy i sold it to now cant play multiplayer, because the game is still registered to my account. so i want to create a totaly new steam account and have the old one totaly wiped from all records lol :sniper:

yeah tim, i thought of that, think i might do that. then he can just 'have' my account.

ive made a new account, and registered my hl2 coupon to it, so im gonna have to use that account, so i have no use for the other one now.

does gabe actually answer peoples emails? he must get a shed load
