Close To You Tab?

Does anyone know where to find a tab for the song "Close To You" By Burt Bacharach??

I've tried a number of tab sites and Googling around to no avail. If you don't know it, its the song that goes:

"Why do birds, suddenly appear, every time, you are near.
Just like me, they long to be, close to you."

I heard the guitarist from My Chemical Romance play it recently on a clip from Download, which really annoyed me as I've been looking for the tab a while. Could anyone tab it by ear?
