Cod: WaW Punkbuster problem

i get this error when trying to configure punkbuster:

has anyone else experienced this?

Are you in Vista?

Run the installer as an administrator. Right click on it and click Run as Administrator.

If that doesn't work, turn on XP Compatibility mode and then run as admin again.

Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility

Then there's a checkbox to turn on compat, then select Windows XP.
