Im from the wanted outlaws and lawmen project. its a western project. now people dont pay too much attention to westerns but check out some of these screenshots...

Our mod is a western taking a semi realistic standpoint with flavor from spaghetti westerns. our team is simply incredible. we have a dedicated highly skilled team. when this mod comes out it will be incredible. however, we need a coder for our team.

our team so far has managed without. we have some ability. however we need a coder that can do complex things like coding new game modes(although we have figured out how to do some of what we wanted to do without new coding) along with coding hl2 invintory scripts. we are looking at a new invintory system but it isnt possible without help of a real coder.

Looks nice but buildings architecture dont really match the ol' western feel that you see in movies, etc.

Wow, that looks amazing! I love westerns, aslong as you get the perfect "piceeoooo" pistol sound.

heh, the screenshots arent altered in ANY way. they are exactly as the map looks like. believe it or not the map looks a hell of alot better now than it did back then when we posted those pictures.

every map cant be the same cheesy classic "strip town" where the two teams quickdraw on mainstreet. in fact it would be boring. there is more to the west than you'd think. theres high mountains, harsh deserts, forests and beautifull plains. not to mention the towns can be very diverse too. you have the classic wood and brick feel, adobe and even "china towns" built by large influxes of chinese immigrants or maybe you can fight in classic south western towns made of mudbrick and tile forming the traditional view of villa. the west is so great because it is diverse and vast. the one thing that stayed constant in the old west was men's greed and what they would do for it.

our mod aims at a semi realistic western experience with a twist of flavor from spaghetti westerns. youll see clint eastwood in our mod and other famious characters. in game music will only reinforce this classic spaghetti western feel. but once again, dont forget although we are adding some spaghetti western flavor we aim to be semi authentic too.
