Coders/ Modellers/ Skinners

Hey guys,
Ok I'm making a mode with a few people at the moment but we dont have any coders/ modellers/ skinners. I can actually do all of those but im very very bad at it. So i'm hoping that some of you out there can help me with this. Modellers will need to be able to model Weapons/Animals/Humanoids with and without armor/ Also vehicles.
Its more of a war kind of mod. But if you can help i will tell you the rest. Also a skinner would be quite handy too.
