ASK QUESTIONS PROPERLY
Got a question? Make sure you explain it fully. If you get an error, paste it, but not if its 100 lines of "missing ;" :) Use common sense. Also try searching for an answer yourself first. Many questions can be answered by using a search engine first!
HELP PEOPLE
If you think someone asks a stupid question, either ignore it or do your best to help them anyway. Be helpful and friendly at all times. Exceptions may be made for visual basic threads, though they shouldn't be in here anyway ;)
