Combine with RPG?

I was going through the sound files for barney and i found a couple that have barny saying things like "look out for that soldier, he's got a rocket launcher," etc.

Is this left out audio or did i miss some part where you get pinned down by a combine soldier with the rocket launcher?

Also theres some reference to the strider and its presence in the station, although it doesn't make an appearance till after barney's train leaves.

again, did i miss something, or is this just extra audio?

Actually there are Combine Soldiers using RPGs, but they are always attacking citizens from a place where you can't see them.

They are probably parts of the game that were cut for whatever reason. If you listen to the commentary you actually find out that they cut quite a bit of stuff, or replaced it with better versions.

When a game is made they go through multiple stages and playtesting, if something is found to not work well or whatever then it gets removed/replaced. Those sound files are probably just left overs from older builds.

Chances are that the Combine soldier with a RPG got crushed to death by that APC..... or at least replaced by it.
