This is so embarassing, and I'm sure the answer is very simple. But, I typed the command "ipconfig" and it gives me an error stating that it is not recognized as an internal or external command. Same thing happens when I type the commands "netstat" and "tracert". The help command doesn't even work. :o

Any ideas on that the problem might be? Thanks.

Thanks that fixed it. It was in the C:\windows\system32 folder.

How do I change the path so the command prompt always goes to that folder?

at this time in the morning my brain is'nt working too well, try looking back at that topic or google it.

Yeah, I did, don't understand still. Nevermind, it's not that important anyway.
