when someone in a squad requests an ammo drop I can't see any visual indication of where this person is except if im lucky and hes by himself so his unit marker flashes white. but usually theres so much stuff on the map I can't see it. so then he gets pissed and i get frustrated zooming in looking around the map for his name. is there an easy way anyones found?

When he requests a supply drop a little icon pops up on the map. Right click it and click approve.

use the scoll wheel to zoom in and get an ACTUAL real time bird's eye of the battlefield. You can see everything.

That wouldn't solve finding the request sender.

Rightclick on map, accept \ reject, as EmmDoubleEw suggested.

I think you're getting confused between "running dry, need ammo" and "requesting a supply drop." The first one is for near-by Support. I dunno, but at first, I did this.

Same, I was also doing the same in field. Then someone in my squad said "No no, use T to get our commander to drop it"

I used the T "need supplies at this coordinate" and not 10 seconds later a box was floating down

can someone tell me pleas how to elect a commander, cause everythime a game starts it says electing commander, but how do you do that and how do you nominate yourself.

You don't actually elect a commander. You choose to be one in the squad menu, and if you're the highest ranking applicant, you'll be a comm.
