I am new 2 the cs world and i was wondering if u guys have some useful commands 2 improve fps or rate or just some other stuff?

Not sure if its the same across the atlantic, but in the UK the "acceptable rates" seem to be:

rate 20000+
cl_cmdrate 80+
cl_updaterate 80+
