I want make use of the fps limiter and have tried typing fps_max 60 in launch options but it didn't work. The refresh rate seems locked at 85hz in HL2 even if I change to 60 in windows.
I wouldn't mind knowing how to change the refresh rate, but ideally I'd prefer 85hz refresh rate with vsync on and locked at 50 or something????
What are the commands I need or do I edit a file and what are the exact commands to use dashes, underline dashes and all??
