Compile Problem

Sorry about posting this but, I'd like some advice if posible when I compile my map it gives me this error: Can't load c:\games\valve\steam\steamapps\myname\half-life2\bin\filesystem_steam.dll. Can this be fixed or will I have to reinstall hammer or hammer and hl2?
