compiling problem

I was trying to run the skybox example in the hammer dir. and it says.....gameinfo.txt does'nt exist in c:\program.

anyone know what that means?

when starting hammer, i select half life 2 deathmatch at the bottom...

you dont have your game config set up right, its in the tutorial on setting up worldcraft for the first time...
