On the first screen enter LOGIN
A second screen will pop up asking for username and a screen after that will ask for a password.
I found a username and password in challenge room #17 of the Portal game. In the secret area behind a wall piece that is extended out right after the two very long hallways with energy balls.
username = cjohnson
password = tier3
After entering these you will come to a screen with ADMIN> flashing. Enter DIR and you'll see a couple exe prompts. The one that is interesting and has all the info is NOTES. Simply enter "NOTES" and you have the entire history of Aperture Science. It's quite hilarious and started out as a shower curtain company in 1953.
