Computer Clicking

If my computer makes a clicking noise, like sounds like a loud hard drive click but it does it in like duh duh duh DUH sometimes, does that mean my hard drive is dying?

How often does it happen?
My disc makes a noise after a full day of running
and the sound is only one audible click.

It does it like once or twice qevery cycle i have it up; so like eveery 48 or so hours
