Computer isnt turning on...

So the other day im pushing the power button and my computer wasn't turning on. I'm like ok switched the power on and off then tried again it worked. Turned it off went to work. Got home and again doesn't turn on. The light on the motherboard isnt on so ya. Where should i start troubleshooting and how to i find out what the problem is.

Can the little motherboard battery die and prevent the computer from turning on?
Should i buy a new power supply and see if that helps. (man thats going to be annoying with my case.)

If resetting the power switch worked, then its probably your power supply thats going. I'd say start with that.

Yup it was the Power supply.
