Right, so I have a tv capture card, but it has no documentation, and what help there is is in broken english. The card came with a remote control which works great with the tv capture card's own software.
The porblem is that I want to use the remote to do other crap on my computer, like use it to control winamp. I can't find any free software online that lets me do this.
The tv card is an V-Stream Xpert Tv88X PVR plus TVR. Surely there's some way to catch the input from the infrared remote control and use it to move the mouse or something? The remote actually has a mouse crossbutton and a left/right click button, but they are unused by the capture card software.
