has anyone picked it up?
just wondering if its worth it
i really enjoyed the demo

Its worth it trust me. Beat it on the 360 amazing game.

Seems like a cool game but apparently rather short. I bought fear full price and although good it too was rather short. I think I'll wait until the price comes down.

Damn...I'm getting Oblivion next, no question about it, but I played the demo and loved it. Very good atmosphere. It doesn't look awesome on my computer or anything, but it pulled me in all the same. First time a demo's done that to me since...I can't remember. It'll probably be the next game I get.

It's true that Condemned is a short game - perfect for a rental or trade. It is fun, but there's a good deal that could have been improved - particularly the crime scene investigating. Here's hoping for a sequal :)

People need to realise that games wont be any longer then 8-12 hours anymore. Condemned was perfect lenght not sure not to long. So was FEAR both very well made. We wont be seeing anymore Deus Ex's its sad but i guess thats what eposodes are for.

That's fine for me...I have ADD I think and it's hard for me to beat long games, but sometimes a long game does it for me. Oblivion seems like it will

I put 50 hours into Oblivion before starting on the main quest, and that's just with my first character of three :)

Some games are short and sweet, and feel fresh, new and exciting from start to finish. Some are sprawling epics that draw you in for weeks/months/years. I've no problem at all with the length of Condemned - any longer and it would have gotten a little boring - or short games in general (Ico is one of the best games around, yet can be finished in under 10 hours), I just feel the game could have been a whole lot more tense/absorbing/interesting if you weren't spoon fed exactly where to search for clues and told which items to use. That part of the game was certainly rushed - in the end you just walk about in the dark and whack bad guys.

Still, good fun :)

I dunno if i'll be getting it for PC, probably will because im a whore, but i've got it for 360, yet to find the time to properly play it yet though lol :p
