Condition Zero freeze problem

Ok, i got the silver package, DLed CS:S works great

I'm curious to play Condition Zero, but when ever i try a single player game it freezes as it begins to loads, and with MP it freezes when it starts Precaching Resources


Is there anyway to fix this?
