Mix tape Game Over just came out by the Urban Kings label. Good mix of the Notorious Enemy records-

There's some new ones on this page I really reccomend you check out made a long ass time ago (my wife and I are on the #1)

Best ones IMO are "Run" "G Rabbs" and third "Death Notes"

Most hip hop nowadays is ALL "autotune" and just ridiculous hooks over and over, without any flow whatsoever. Gotta keep pimping out the true rap and hip hop over the crap being pushed by people like "New Borz" or "Soulja Boy" lately.

So many things made me laugh from that link.

This made me laugh.

This is funny. "Geee rabbs. Geee rabbs. Gee rabbs. Mother****er keep playing and I'mma take your shit. [incomprehensible] It's his chest blown out through his bloody shirt"

So yeah; does your scrawny looking producer friend actually kill people? Or is that all posturing as well?

I guess you've got to

, right? But really, we're all grown-ups here. Talking about how good you are and how you kill people is just childish. Anyway, his production also leaves a lot to be desired, his subject matter is inane at best, and his rhyme schemes are uninspired. Good luck to him, though; those keyboards look terrifyingly cool, especially in black and white.

lol @ myspace people that might be interesting. It does that automatically and I don't know who any of those people are. It's a common feature that myspace uses when you hit a private page.

GeeRabbs is obviously an album intro, but it hits at a party and gets people going- it's good music overall.

This isn't a friend at all this is a rapper and its a profile page that I switch whenever I upload a different album (see the date created 2006). Obviously half those people add it thinking it's the album it as at the time but I just hit accept on everything. If you look in the friends list there are people of every type who don't really match each other.

If you can't tolerate music relating to gangs or crime then the genre isn't for you at all so you shouldn't bother. If you can get past that though then look beyond an album opening or promotional track and check out a song with some more flow to it to get a sense of his lyrics.

Would that be the genre of "cliche rap music about gangs and gats?" I ask because the lyrical content of his tracks don't seem that far departed from

I don't know how you can say they're anything alike. Yes the album opener does repeat the hook a bit much which is what New Boyz and them do incessantly- like I said that's a good party beat. It seems like you didn't get much past that and listen to some more stuff.

I'm just tired of labels like Hi Power and other crap like that, and now with the radio dominated by the likes of Kanye and sensitive metrosexuals I feel that some harder shit needs to get some play.

If you want some better lyrics give Eight Million Stories a listen. Try that and tell me what you think.

honestly though, I'd rather hear that ^^ on the radio, then the crap they play here on the singapore radio..seriously..
