config.cfg is read only?!

My CSS keeps saying that my config.cfg is read only and it isn't!!! I can't change any settings, controls... This SUCKS! And my console font is so small. same size when i display cl_showfps 1. Take a look. Any suggestions would be GREAT!

Right-click -> Properties -> Uncheck Read-Only..

It says it's read only anyway. Same problem.

Exit out of steam and edit it, if Steam is currently useing it and it is being activily used by the memory it will be impossible to save what you do.

Delete the Config file and let Steam reload it.
