Config ?

Hey, my friend recently gave me some commands to enter into my Config to increase FPS which they didn't, i deleted the commands but now each time i go on all my settigns have reset and stuff, if i deleted my config would it create a fresh one when is started up CSS ?

Yeah, a CSS would make a new config...before you do that though just right click on your config.cfg and click properties. Make sure Read-Only is not ticked, then then hit OK and try again...it will then hopefully save your settings in future.
