Confusion on 9800xt vs X800

I have a ATI radeon 9800xt 256mb which cost $500. I bought it about 2 months ago.

Should have i got this new 1? or i got ripped off or anything?

2 months ago that was right for top of hte line... nowadays thats just deemed high end for most users but not high end of the "entusiasts" market

you didnt hear me say this try and get it return stating it doesnt do what you expected it too... see if that works then buy a newer card somewhere else

that card will last for awhile no need to upgrade now. just save up for now but $500 is a ripoff for that card.

I really dont want to disappoint u.. but my friend gonna buy a R9800XT 256MB/Bit for only 209$ (and so do I)... we'll get it new from a friend of his dad

I think being a game addict and wanting top graphics is more expensive than being a crack addict. I really do. Any crack addicts out there to prove me wrong?
