Interesting that politicians are starting to speak out about it. Lobbying funds usually don't come into the discussions of politics, yet they define who gets to do what.
If their largest benefactors are the FED and other banks, then they must have a heavey influence on policy making, ensuring they get a bang for their buck so to speak. In which case Petersons comments are addressing the root of the corruption in the system.
