Connecting front Ports with...

an MSI K8N Neo2 Plat mobo?

I have an audio port, a microphone port, 2 usb ports, and a firewire port, and am not sure if I connected them correctly. I did everything it said to do in the instruction booklet of my mobo, but they do not seem to work. Help. I would like to be able to connect my headphones and microphone through the front. Thanks a lot guys.

What case did you get? That might help me in determning the problem. I know my case came with plugs, I had to route it out of my case and into the sound card, but I didn't like that so I don't have it hooked up.

Also, do the USB and Firewire work?

Yes it came with plugs. I am almost correct that I plugged them in right.


The USB works but I am not sure if the Firewire works since I do not have a device that uses Firewire.
