Console errors messages

Hiya, i was just wondering if anyone else was getting any errors like these in the picture below or know how to cure them, the "valvebiped" one cause the game to lag for a second or two when it comes up.

Any ideas?

I think that everybody has those, atleast I have. Just send bugreport so maybe they fix that.
