Constant uploading in WinXP...

I've had this problem for a while now. No matter what, windows is always uploading at a couple Kbps, all the time. Since I'm on 112k dialup, this really affects my gameplay. I have tried closing services, adaware, spybot, firewalls, and antivirus programs. Anybody ever hear of anything like this?

Im running WinXP and just unistalled SP2, but it still uploaded constantly with SP2 also.

You have a trojan, or a spyaware program.

I had the same probelm a while ago. I had 640 Critical awares. my try icon used to work all time uploading and downloading without permissions, till I installed Ad aware, spy sweeper (excellent program) and sygate firewall.

my advice is to run all the latest anti-software again, and reinstall sp2.
