Contract Work - Concept Artist

wow my first thread...

anyway, long story short, our concept artist has moved on and as such we'll be needing another one or two to keep churning out work.

the art will vary from rough pencil drawings to fully inked and coloured pieces with great detail. you'll be working on objects, characters and locations in the real world, not a fantasy or futuristic setting. make sure you remember that. some of the work may involve picking up some of the work our previous artist did and adding your own style to it.

we're generally on a loose time schedule so we aren't too stringent on deadlines but of course we do need the work in a timely manner.

all skills are a bonus. of course we'd like if you're affluent with Photoshop or a similar art package, you need to be self motivated and have bags of energy.

You should ask for artists skilled in the use of traditional media (pens, pencil, ink, markers, airbrush etc.) Their usually of a much higher standard of concept artist than those who have mostly worked in digital only mediums.. Down to the fact there's no undo or history with markers and paper (oh how I wish there was though sometimes lol)
