Convert .m4a to mp3?

I expored a garageband song and now it's in m4a format. Anyone know how I can turn it into an mp3? I can use my Mac of PC, but preferably mac.

try 'All to Mp3 Converter'. i converted most of my songs into Mp3s.

Do you have iTunes? Can you import m4a files into iTunes?

If so then after you import it in iTunes just go to Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Importing and set the Import Using setting to MP3 encoder. Thats the menu to go to on iTunes for Windows anyway.

Then click on the file in your itunes library and tell it to convert (in Windows you would right-click the song) and it will use your MP3 setting and make it a MP3.
