Can anyone point me to a program that will convert tga's to jpg's en mass? The smaller the better.

get adobe photoshop and set up an action then do file> automate > batch if you need extensiv details on what settings etc pm me.

Does it also do size conversions en masse? e.g. 1280x960 -> 800x600?

IrfanViewer, free and it can open and save alot, alot of formats, images, sounds and movies.
