Converting Quicktime files (.MOV) to windows videos?

I want to convert my .MOV movie files to either AVI or WMV. I have tried using RAD Video tools but for some reason it doesnt work. Anyone know any other good software that doesnt reduce quality?

Maybe try using a simple script and Virtual dub editing software.

Although any converting will drop quality a little bit. Will not be a bit for bit conversion.
