Thats right by the waterboat -waterhazard part if im correct. Right by where the chopper chases you. And you need to have noclip on to see it. After i beat the game i re-went threw it all with noclip looking for stuff. Lots of little things like that all over.

You don't need noclip. I jumped on a barrel, and hopped over the broken fence to see it. There's some items there too.
