Can't remember too many interesting food moments.

I once made a pizza , made the dough as well. IT looked so good going into the oven, but when it came out it was the most putrid disgusting piece of filth of a pizza i've ever witnessed. There is an element of weirdness associated with spending 2-3 hours creating something, feeling proud for a moment then having the pride torn from you, raped, defiled then cast away into a...bin for all time. Moments like that are great for teaching you what you are good and bad at. I lack cooking skills. Food can go **** itself.
