How many of you are using cordless keyboard or mouse?

Any good suggestion?

It's only my mouse that's cordless, but I still picked that option..

I have a logitech mx700 and I think it's great! Some people have a problem with it's slightly bigger than average size, but it fits just right for me. Surfing is a breeze with back/forward buttons, and gaming is pretty great too.
Oh, and I got for free (b-day)... :)

I recommend it!

I got both a cordless keyboard and mouse.

If you can afford it i'd suggest the Logitech DInovo keyboard and mouse, otherwise the cordless MX setup.

I was thinking about going wireless, but I was afraid to because I feel like because of it's cordless nature that it's going to like skip keys or miss clicks or something. Does it ever happen to you guys?

I've never had anything of the sort. :)
I just have to keep reminding the rest of my family to put it in the recharger thingymajig after they use it (which shouldn't be so damn hard to remember!!!).

Oh, and recharging isn't a problem either, it's just that after leaving it on for a night (if you forget to charge it overnight) you might want to charge it up instead of starting to use it on the spot. I have both my old mouse and my mx700 active at the same time...

My cords have never been a problem, and the way I look at it, it could only possibly introduce lag and of course be annoying in having to charge it/replace batteries.

If you really have a reason to unwire, there shouldn't really be a problem with it. I've used some wireless mice which responded decently, but IMO it's actually an inconvenience, not a convenience.

I have an old cordless ball mouse from logitec thats not even rechargable, but I still love the thing. (I got myself some rechargable batteries so I don't end up paying $100 a year on 'em).

Honestly, unless your desk is totally covered in debris for the cords to get caught on or you want to put your PC ten feet away from where you are sitting there is no need to buy a wireless mouse. A wireless keyboard? WHY?!? Do you like spinning in your chair with the keyboard on your lap? Right now they just add lag, a lot of dead weight, and more than triple the cost for a decent mouse or keyboard. I got one to use with the computer I hooked up to my 51" widescreen HDTV (via DVI) and the range on those things is barely enough to be able to use them in the closest seat... and the mouse movement starts to get rather choppy at that range.

not a big deal as they both offer the same amount of performance(if you have the logitechs at least like I do).. However, I like the lack of wires and the freedom it supplys.

I've used 6 different cordless mice (at least 2 were logitech) on other people's computers... and none of them responded nearly as quickly as my cheap little corded optical mouse (less than $10). I don't see how anyone feels tied down by a 6 foot (or longer) cord that is very light and flexible. The added weight of the cordless mouse causes much more resistance than a little section of cord. Define "freedom" and explain why you need more of it in a mouse.

I have a Logitech MX700 and it works great.

Freedom = ability to watch movie from bed and press pause/play lying down because you are cordless.
